In order to do this, photographers must build trust with their subjects, something that involves a lot of ethical considerations. PhotoWings President & Founder Suzie Katz presents the work of PF Bently covering President Clinton in order to illustrate this point. PF Bently was also the first photographer to be only the floor during a session of Congress.
