Sparsh Ahuja (2019 CatchLight Global Fellow) shares the story of Project Dastaan, an ambitious effort to trace the personal and emotional fallout of the 1947 Partition of India and Pakistan. By reconnecting survivors with the homes they were forced to leave behind, the project becomes a powerful act of remembrance and repair. Through first-person testimony and immersive storytelling, Ahuja challenges how we remember history, and whose stories are preserved across time and borders.
