2016 LOOK3 Artist Ruddy Roye is a Brooklyn based portrait and documentary photographer. Roye uses his camera as a tool that allows him to document the world around him as he sees it. Here, Roye gives an Artist talk at the Paramount Theater for the 2016 Festival.
